2026年03月30日

On March 30, 2026, CNAIC and Asia Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce (ASTCC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which aims to integrate the two organizations’ resources and boost bilateral collaboration on trade and commerce, supply chains, and medical resources.  With “Business Without Borders” and “Healthcare Without Borders” as the core visions, the MoU is expected to provide more comprehensive support to Taiwanese businesses and their partners across Asia.

The signing ceremony was honored by the witness of Ms. Chia-Ching Hsu, Minister of the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC), and Mr. Emile Chang, Director-General of the Department of Investment Promotion, Ministry of Economic Affairs. It also saw the participation of a total of 38 representatives from 19 Taiwanese business associations in Asia, demonstrating the strong commitment of overseas Taiwanese entrepreneurs to this partnership.

Empowered by this meaningful initiative, the two parties will not only help Taiwan-based industries engage in required international resources, but also open a new chapter of shared prosperity with the synergy of collective medical resources.
